Come 2026, Minor Hotels Brand Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences To Debut In Oman’s Capital

Oman’s tourism industry is growing rapidly. The implementation of tourism projects like attractions, hotels & resorts is increasing and the portfolio is getting bigger and grand. A renowned international brand of hotels & resorts, Minor Hotels is making its debut in Oman. Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences by Minor Hotel will open its door in 2026 and we can’t wait to experience luxury.

180-Key Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences Will Debut In Oman

Minor Hotels currently in the Middle East, manages three Tivoli properties in Qatar. Now Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is expanding with this planned debut in Oman. A further newly constructed resort is being developed in Bahrain and is scheduled to open in 2024.

Apart from the Middle East, the Tivoli brand has expanded its international portfolio. It recently launched its new setup with the name, Tivoli Chengdu in China’s Cultural Heritage Park in 2022. It is currently growing its presence in Europe by adding properties in The Netherlands, Portugal, and Tenerife, Spain. Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, which is marking its 90th year this year, now boasts a portfolio of 16 properties.

What Should We Expect At This Upcoming Property?

The newly constructed home will be situated in LA VIE, Muscat Hills. The popular neighbourhood is a well-known, long-established cosmopolitan community conveniently situated only ten minutes by car from Muscat International Airport. The mixed-use project is the fourth in the MENA and the first in Oman. The project is expected to overlook the renovated 18-hole golf course maintained by Troon Golf. Visitors should expect a 180-key hotel and 100 branded homes. Several Ministries, the Oman Automobile Association, and the upcoming Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre are all in the vicinity.

The new hotel’s amenities are opulent and we expect the dining options to be inclusive of global cuisine. We are in luck was the property has a rooftop bar and restaurant, a lobby lounge café, a sports bar, and an all-day dining restaurant.

Oman’s tourism is set to increase with these attractive and affluent hotel openings. The demand for stay packages has been boosted in the smaller nations of the Middle East. This has in turn given rise to foreign brands’ debut and expansion in such countries. Let’s hope we soon get another Hotel & Resort opening news from the Middle East!
