Fennel seeds or saunf are one of the best natural remedies to prevent motion sickness. They are known to aid digestion and reduce bloating. They can also prevent the feeling of nausea and stomach discomfort. Keep them in a small box with you and eat a spoonful during the trip. Bonus point? They taste good and freshen up your breath, too.

2. Ginger

Ginger is another natural remedy that helps prevent nausea and motion sickness. Trust us, it can be very effective in calming the stomach. You can carry ginger tea in a flask, ginger candies or even ginger biscuits. It helps reduce nausea and that uneasy feeling in the stomach during road trips.

You can carry fresh amla slices with a pinch of salt or even amla candies, which taste amazing. The high vitamin C content in amla can help reduce symptoms of nausea. 

5. Peppermint

Peppermint sounds refreshing, right? Surprisingly, drinking peppermint tea, eating mint candies or simply chewing a few mint leaves can help reduce the feeling of motion sickness. It also helps relax the stomach muscles. You can also dab a little peppermint oil on your wrists and smell it during the journey. It can make you feel better.
