While areas like the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, interior Tamil Nadu, coastal Andhra Pradesh, and coastal Odisha can anticipate mild to moderate rain, the Skymet Weather Report forecasts severe rainfall in coastal parts of North Tamil Nadu and South Andhra Pradesh throughout the course of the following day, as reported by Oneindia.
Many travellers were left stuck and confused as a result of Cyclone Fengal’s aircraft diversions from Chennai to Bengaluru airport. Cyclone Fengal forced Chennai Airport to halt operations for 16 hours, rerouting 16 flights—including five international ones—to Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport, as reported by Hindustan Times.
Bengaluru has seen additional temperature drops since Cyclone Fengal made landfall in Tamil Nadu; minimum temperatures are predicted to fall to 20°C. Temperatures are predicted to be between 20°C and 21°C for the following two days, with highs over 25°C unlikely.
The lowest temperature of the day is the coldest, and the highest temperature is the warmest, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), as reported by HT.

The storm caused significant rainfall in Bengaluru, impacting important areas such as Majestic, Corporation Circle, Lalbagh, Mysore Bank Circle, and Rajajinagar. Weekend plans and daily life were disrupted by the rain, which continued from midnight till daybreak. The tone of the weekend was dampened by the sudden weather change that persisted till the morning.
Karnataka is expected to see light, moderate, and heavy rainfall through December 4, according to the India Meteorological Department. While the northern interior districts of the state are predicted to be dry, the coastline and southern interior regions are anticipated to see rainfall.
The cyclone’s effects on various areas are highlighted by the inconsistent weather. Today is predicted to bring mild to moderate rain along with thunder and lightning to coastal areas like Dakshina Kannada and Udupi. Many areas will have light to moderate rainfall over the next few days, while Uttara Kannada is also anticipated to see some light rain.
