Terms & Conditions

• This experience is curated and hosted by Curly Tales under the Curly Tales Experience Lab.
• The event will be held at Radisson Mumbai Goregaon. Exact banquet/location details will be shared with confirmed participants prior to the event.
• The event is scheduled from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. Late entry may result in partial or missed experiences, and no compensation will be provided.
• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. No cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds will be entertained once the booking is confirmed.
• Entry is strictly limited to confirmed participants only. Curly Tales reserves the right to deny entry in case of incomplete/invalid booking details.
• The Early Bird pricing is valid only for a limited number of slots and is subject to availability. Curly Tales reserves the right to withdraw or modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
• The experience is designed for a limited group of 35 participants. Allocation of slots will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All experiences (sound therapy, candle making, DIY spa, and F&B) are included as part of the package. However, specific inclusions may be subject to minor changes due to operational or partner constraints.
• Certain activities (such as sound therapy) require participants to follow instructions for safety and comfort. Curly Tales and its partners will not be held liable for any discomfort, allergies, or health-related concerns arising during or after participation. Guests are advised to inform organizers in advance of any medical conditions.
• The food and beverage menu is curated and fixed. No customisation or substitutions are guaranteed.
• Any damage to venue property, equipment, or materials used during the experience will be chargeable to the participant.
• Photography and videography may be conducted during the event. By attending, participants grant Curly Tales the right to use this content for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without additional consent or compensation.
• Curly Tales reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or insufficient participation. In such cases, an alternative date, credit note, or refund (at Curly Tales’ discretion) may be offered.
• Curly Tales’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the experience. It shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• By proceeding with the booking, participants agree to all the above terms and conditions.
