Entry & Conduct

• Curly Tales reserves the right of admission.
• Entry is subject to a security check. Outside food, beverages, liquids, weapons, or any illegal/hazardous items are not allowed inside the venue.
• This is a drug-free event. Anyone found using or in possession of drugs will be evicted without refund, and legal action may follow.
• Curly Tales reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is intoxicated, behaves inappropriately, or causes a nuisance.
• The dress code is casual/pajamas.
• In accordance with applicable law, alcoholic beverages will be served to persons aged 25 and above. Please carry a valid ID card.

Tickets & Charges

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged once purchased.
• The cover charge amount is redeemable on food and beverages at the venue only, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused amount will be forfeited at the end of the event.
• If Curly Tales cancels the event, the ticket fee will be refunded. All other charges, including convenience fees, internet handling fees, and order processing fees, remain non-refundable.
• The advertised price is inclusive of all taxes & charges.

Offer Validity

• This offer is valid on 2nd August only. This is a one-day promotional offer only.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion.
• This offer is valid for dine-in only and not valid for takeaway & home delivery.

General

• You agree to filming and photographs for promotional purposes during the event.
• Curly Tales is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property during the event.
• The event schedule, lineup, and activities are subject to change at the organizer's discretion.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
