Here’s All You Need To Know About This 6-lane Expressway Connecting Delhi And Gurugram
The Delhi section of the famous Najafgarh Road will notice a massive development in the upcoming days as there are plans to build it further and extend it to a 6-lane expressway. The widening of the present road may boost vehicular movement and improve connectivity to different places as well.
According to a report by Pune News, some of the major reasons behind this expansion are to strengthen road connections and help commuters avoid traffic jams. The important developmental plan to expand the expressway includes a land acquisition of around 25 acres, according to a report by Delhi Breakings. About ₹53 crore has been allocated for this as well.
This total land will be crucial to broadening the dimension of the road and constructing the 6-lane expressway. The overall land acquisition will focus on having enough land to construct the lanes efficiently. Naresh Kumar, the Chief Secretary of Delhi, has already issued orders for the land acquisition for this project. He issued them to South-West Delhi’s District Magistrate.
