GK and the whole of Delhi, in fact, has a way of hiding its best spots in plain sight, and the latest Tere Gully Mein episode leans right into that energy. This time, Vivek Samtani and Kaustubh Agarwal walk into a speakeasy you’d probably miss even if you stood right outside it. It was just one of those “if you know, you know” places serving standing cocktails, Japanese bites, and a vibe that feels slightly overdramatic in the best way.

Inside A GK Speakeasy With Kaustubh Agarwal & Vivek Samtani

Within seconds, there’s a two-minute drink-making challenge thrown. Vivek Samtani casually names his drink “Love,” and instead of making it sound fancy, he drops a line that feels straight out of home:Meri maa ne bola tha kuch bhi cheez pyaar se banao toh achhi ban jaati hai.”

Whether that helped him win or not? You’ll have to actually watch for that.

Once they settle in, the conversation circles around this whole “speakeasy” concept, something people love throwing around but rarely explain. Here, it’s simple; a bar that doesn’t want to look like a bar. From the outside, nothing gives it away, and the moment you walk in, it’s a completely different world.

Dating Rules, Drinking Stories & Never Have I Ever

Then come the college stories, the kind that don’t need exaggeration because they’re already ridiculous enough. They admit they’re not big on drinking now, but college was… different. Vivek, coming from an engineering background, talks about his Old Monk phase like a reluctant acceptance arc “itna bura bhi nahi hai.”

Dating stories take over next, and this is where it gets too much fun. Kaustubh Agarwal has a rule: he will not walk into a restaurant alone if his date isn’t there yet. He’d rather stand outside, scroll aimlessly, and waste time, anything but deal with that imagined judgment of waiters silently concluding he’s been stood up. So even if she’s thirty minutes late, he’s still waiting outside.

Somewhere in between all this, Vivek slips in a line that lends a sweet tone to the episode; girls being late is allowed, he believes, as an unwritten rule, because “woh phir sundar bhi toh lagti hain na itni.”

And then, of course, chaos returns with the “Who’s More Likely To” game. Questions get a little reckless; who’s getting dumped over a joke, and who’s falling in love with someone they just met at a bar? Watch the episode to find out the answers.

It’s messy, funny and slightly unhinged at times, but that’s exactly why this episode was a hit!
