This post appreciating Zomato has gone viral across social media, with many netizens sharing their thoughts.

One comment read, “What if the customer is also in a wheelchair?”

“I understand that it’s to help them, but I would feel extremely guilty if someone came to deliver my food in a wheelchair. Unacceptable! There are better ways to manage optics for the brand,” one comment read.

“That’s an amazing example of accessibility and inclusion. It starts with us, and it is always possible. Let’s make kindness and inclusion look cool,” another netizen added.”
