The iconic ferry house described in the novel ‘Oliver Twist’ is now up for sale for a whopping £2.25M! That’s more than ₹23 crores! The ferry house has been renovated into a fabulous luxe home. The plush home is stretched across 3,200 sq. ft. and is located in Sunbury.

This particular ferry house is mentioned in the 21st Chapter of the book. The passage describes the dark shadows looming over the graves underneath a Yew tree and how the effect of the shadows is exacerbated by the light in a Ferry House some distance away from the Sunbury Church.
