1. Chickpea Salad With Paneer

Chickpeas have 19 grammes of protein per hundred grammes and paneer has 20 grammes of protein per hundred grammes.

2. Dal Chilla With Curd

Dal has around 22 grammes of protein per hundred grammes and curd has around 11 grammes of protein per hundred grammes.

3. Soya Upma

In one kilogramme, soya granules have around 52 grammes of protein and peanuts have 26 grammes of protein per hundred grammes.

4. Paneer Sandwich

If you add hung curd to the sandwich, you can make it even more protein-packed as hung curd has 4 grammes of protein per hundred grammes.

5. Soya Chunks Roll

Every hundred grammes of wheat flour has ten grammes of protein. Soya chunks, too, have 52 grammes of protein in every hundred grammes.

6. Paneer Masala Dosa

Dosa batter has approximately 2.7 grammes of protein every hundred grammes and combine that with what we know of paneer’s protein level and you have a healthy and tasty protein-rich snack!

7. Oats With Whey Protein And Nuts

This is probably the most protein-rich vegetarian breakfast you can try. Oats have 13.1 grammes of protein every hundred grammes. Assorted nuts have around 20 grammes of protein per hundred grammes. Milk has 3.4 grammes of protein per hundred grammes. Top it off with whey protein and you’ll be punching through walls with all that energy!
