Started by Nadia Shah, Drip Burgers started out as a side project and cloud kitchen in Al Barsha South of Dubai. Since then, their Emirati-inspired burger menu has gained quite a fan following amongst foodies. And the reason why they’re where they stand today is pure hard work. Shah says, “It’s been hard work and commitment to our customers. How they’d like to see us grow mixed with some innovation on our side especially, related to our pop-up business model.” Lauding the customer service, she says, “If I was to choose one thing that really stands out for our business it’s our customer service and relationship with our community.”
Drip Burgers Is Following The Sustainable Route

However, not just this, the brand is also focussed on sustainability, and for this, they have partnered up with QUALIL and tekaya apps to combat food waste. These apps allow them to sell surplus waste at a discounted price, business-to-business and business-to-consumer. So, they can ensure that they have zero food waste, which is unheard of in F&B. In fact, they have also switched to offering customers filtered water instead of plastic bottles. Shah add, “I have teamed up with WWF, a portion of our sales go to environmental causes in the UAE. All of our packaging is recyclable and we also encourage customers to opt for biodegradable options for a small fee.”

Known for their innovative approach to burgers, this eatery is always focused on bringing innovation to food. As it happens, they’re collaborating with Buldak. She mentions, “We are experimenting with their spicy sauces and noodles to come up with something truly unique and exciting. And we will be bringing some of our old favourites, such as the Haar Burger.”
This is hardly surprising as they are always innovating. Speaking on this, she says, “We innovate by focusing on what we do best which is make great quality burgers and offer excellent customer experience and we make improvements to that, the existing recipes and best sellers to innovate and elevate our restaurant for an enhanced customer experience.” She further says, “We will also be launching
a vegan burger brand by Drip Burger. We are also the only burger place offering all-you-can-eat burgers.”
What About Expansion Plans?

Coming to expansion, Shah says, “Our expansion plans are for more kitchens across different zones in Dubai to ensure our burgers are available to everyone. We also have plans to really explore our activities and events. Something we really excel at is community activities. This summer we will be hosting adult burger-making workshops workshops.”
