Dubai Airport’s New Customer Service Will Provide Support Through WhatsApp

Travellers using Dubai Airport(DXB) have now access to a large customer help desk that offers “always-on” contact to DXB customer support specialists whenever, wherever, and on their preferred channel. Travellers can access support at the new contact centre via phone, email, live chat, and social media on the @DXB and @DubaiAirports platforms, as well as the soon-to-be-available WhatsApp for Business.

How Does This System Work?

To guarantee smooth running and visitor assistance, Dubai Airports introduced the new unified DXB service later this year.

The help desk offers linguistic assistance around-the-clock with the most current and accurate information. They transport the information via all available channels. The info includes automated flight status checks that can be used without speaking with an agent.
