Dubai has plenty of premium hotels that offer a host of amenities for the guests. And now a new jewel will be added to its slew of hotels for people to check out. Yes, in March of this year, Marriott Marquis Dubai, which will be located within the Jewel of the Creek Complex in Dubai will be opening its doors to patrons.
Marriott Marquis Dubai To Open By March 2024
After Marriott International signed an agreement with West F5 Investments, Marriott Marquis Dubai will soon be opening its doors in March 2024. This premium hotel and serviced apartments are part of the first phase of the new iconic destination that is being developed by Dubai Developments. As it happens, the property will be released by West F5 Investments and it will be operated by Aleph Hospitality. The latter is an independent hospitality management company based in Dubai.
This Will Be A 590-Key Hotel & Service Apartments
It should be noted that the signing ceremony was held in the Jewel of the Creek. And this was attended by His Highness Saeed bin Hamdan bin Rashed Al Maktoum amongst other notable personalities. Coming to the hotel, it is going to open in March 2024 and will consist of 590 rooms. Additionally, out of this, 434 will be well-furnished hotel guestrooms and suits. And the remaining 156 will be service apartments that will offer panoramic views of Dubai Creek and the city skyline. In fact, the properties are expected to offer a wide range of facilities! Yes, these include food & beverage outlets, a conference & meeting facility, a business centre, a gym, a swimming pool in each tower, and amenities for a spa.

Not just this, but there will also be a large retail area with a promenade on the Dubai Creek and Marina, as mentioned by Aleph Hospitality. In fact, as it will be within walking distance of the Deira City Centre, City Centre Metro station, and even Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. So, this makes the address of the hotel quite convenient for guests.
