Snow Duathlon Comes To Dubai This June
Scheduled to take place on June 29 at Ski Dubai, this Snow Duathlon is being organised by the Dubai Fitness Council and CRANK Dubai Fitness Studio. Together, they are teaming up for a fun-filled event that will test your endurance. In fact, this is the first time that the city will be hosting this one-of-a-kind experience that combines running and stationary cycling!
A Multi-Sport Event

Coming to the event, this is a multi-sport endurance event. It combines the aforementioned activities, and while it is similar to a triathlon, it has only two sports. Sounds like a challenge that’s quite different and testing, doesn’t it? With the competitors aged between 13 and 60, they will have to face the ultimate challenge! Yes, we are talking about the fact that participants will have to undertake these activities in a -4° temperature, and this is bound to test their endurance skills.
An Event Of 2 Sports
The duathlon will start with a 5 km stationary bike ride, after which there will be 3 km or 5 km of running. Participants can either compete individually or in teams of two. And each person who finishes the competition will receive a commemorative medal. However, the top three performers in each category will be recognised on the podium and will be given special prizes.
