Dubai Ranks High On Julius Baer Global Wealth & Lifestyle Report
As mentioned above, Dubai has snagged the seventh position in terms of high-class living costs. This report was put together by the Swiss bank Julius Baer in the fourth edition of the Global Wealth and Lifestyle Report. As it happens, this is brilliant, since according to a report by Khaleej Times, Dubai moved from its previously held 14th position to the current seventh spot. It must be mentioned that this improvement in the ranking comes after the strong comeback made by Dubai in the post-pandemic period. The report also mentioned that this ranking is derived by analysing the cost of a basket of goods and services, like cars, residential property, jewellery, education, hotels, and even insurance, to name a select few across 25 cities around the world.

A Glimpse Of The Top 10 Cities
So, for the emirate, the cost of bicycles, treadmills, watches, MBA degrees, ladies’ handbags, and hotel suites, were among the highest priced. While the cost of ladies’ shoes, residential property, business class flights, and jewellery were among the less expensive ones. At this point, it should also be noted that Singapore ranks at the top. Moreover, the emirate is also at the top spot in this report in the Middle East.
