Dubai Secures Top Most Position For Remote Working

In the Savills Executive Nomad Index 2023, Dubai has secured the topmost spot for remote working. This index evaluates sought-after global destinations based on their appeal and accessibility for long-term remote work. Dubai’s elevation to the leading choice for remote workers is attributed to its strong performance in quality of life, air connectivity, and digital infrastructure. Notably, Dubai moved up from its third position in the previous year’s Savills index, gaining popularity among professionals and corporations embracing hybrid work setups post-Covid-19. Seizing this trend, Dubai introduced its digital nomad visa program in March 2021, marking it as one of the Gulf’s pioneering cities to do so. This one-year virtual work initiative propelled Dubai to the second spot on the 2021 Nomad List, an exclusive study spotlighting the fastest-growing remote work destinations.
