Dubai To Reopen Water Parks From June 18

The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing announced that water parks in Dubai will reopen from 18 June. However, there will be a 50% cap on the capacity of visitors. Rides, slides, as well as showers and locker rooms will also be allowed to reopen. The Dubai Tourism also announced the reopening of desert safari trips, dune bashing, dhow sailing, kayaking, helicopter rides and jet skiing.

Ahead of its reopening, water parks will be cleaned, disinfected and water systems will be checked to ensure its safe. In addition, staff will have to check temperature regularly, wear facemask and gloves at all times. Visitors will not be permitted to enter if they have a body temperature of 37.5 degrees celsius or higher.

Meanwhile, Ice Rinks, Museums, The Green Planet And Ski Dubai are also open now to the public.

Furthermore, kids soft play areas, ball pits, rock climbing walls, inflatable zones, trampolines are not allowed to open yet, in addition to arcade and gaming zones, events and live entertainment.

If you are a Hollywood movie enthusiast, Motiongate is the ultimate theme park destination you could come across in the whole of MENA region. A part of Dubai Parks and Resorts – this place is home to more than 20 thrilling rides, attractions and interactive live shows around the theme of classic movies and timeless blockbusters. There are several zones created around several movies such as Hotel Transylvania which is at its spooky best.

The dearest attraction in this park is the Dreamworks studio that has some of our favourite characters and their figurines such as Po from Kung Fu Panda, Shrek, and more. Additionally, there are also some rides themed around these movies such as Madagascar: Hot Pursuit. There is also a destination for all Hunger Games fanatics called the “Liongate Zone” as well.
