1. Aquaventure Waterpark

Located in the heart of Atlantis Dubai, Palm Jumeirah – this is one theme park for all thrill-seekers. The slides here are not for the faint-hearted as it can transport you to ultimate levels of rush in minutes. The rides and attractions are some of the most record-breaking ones in the history of water parks. Even though children under 1.2 metres of height are not permitted to enter – there is a little children’s play area where they can splash around and enjoy some little tunnels, slides and monkey bar- like equipment to frivol in.

If you are someone close to a daredevil – check out the Leap of Faith which is a 27.5-metre ride through a clear tube where you are inches away from sharks. Furthermore, there is a zip line designed to transport you across the park with the best views ever. Access to the park is complimentary for guests at Atlantis – which visitors need to pay a little fee.

2. Motiongate Dubai

If you are a Hollywood movie enthusiast, Motiongate is the ultimate theme park destination you could come across in the whole of MENA region. A part of Dubai Parks and Resorts – this place is home to more than 20 thrilling rides, attractions and interactive live shows around the theme of classic movies and timeless blockbusters. There are several zones created around several movies such as Hotel Transylvania which is at its spooky best.

The dearest attraction in this park is the Dreamworks studio that has some of our favourite characters and their figurines such as Po from Kung Fu Panda, Shrek, and more. Additionally, there are also some rides themed around these movies such as Madagascar: Hot Pursuit. There is also a destination for all Hunger Games fanatics called the “Liongate Zone” as well. The live shows are also very entertaining for kids as well as adults who never wish to grow up.

3. Hub Zero

Hub Zero is where gamers ultimate dreams come true. This theme park is an all interactive zone located in City Walk where real and virtual worlds come together. Visitors can enjoy some of the most immersive gaming experiences with their friends and family. There are over 18 mindblowing attractions awaiting you that have been segregated into various zones – Microsoft, Konami, Electronic Arts. etc

If you wish to be transported back to the 90’s – there are some gems awaiting you such as Pac-Man, Pinball and the similar. Also, there is an indoor 4D experience awaiting who want a thrilling ride of a movie indulgence. Furthermore, some of the attractions of this place are exclusive and like no other. The themed zone is recommended for those over the age of 10 and is a great experience whether or not you are someone into the gaming paradise.

4.Bollywood Parks

If you are a hardcore Bollywood fanatic – watch as your favourite movies and characters adapt to the locale of this theme park. Bollywood Parks was conceptualized as one of the first parks around the celebration of Indian Cinema. Iconic movies such as Sholay, Dabangg, Don and more have been imbedded and relived through motion rides, live shows and more. Don The Chase, Sholay the hunt for Gabbar Singh are some of the popular attractions– where you can experience what it feels like to triumph over defeating the bad guys.

Furthermore, their live entertainment is one of the parks strongest forte – and the broadway like musicals in their indoor lavish theatre called Rajmahal cannot be missed at any cost. (separate tickets needed)

5. Legoland Park & Legoland Water Park

The Legoland franchise was kickstarted with the launch of Dubai Parks & Resorts – with 2 attractions on its plate namely Legoland Dubai and Legoland Water Park. Legoland Dubai has some of the most incredible rides and attractions spread across six different “lands: namely Lego City, Imagination, Adventure, Miniland and more. The interactive attractions are well equipped to keep kids occupied all day. There are several iconic landmarks of the world that have been recreated with the help of lego bricks.

The water park also offers some of the greatest adventures of splash and thrill. There are several slides and tubes, as well as a lazy river ride. Be mindful that this park is designed for kids so it might just feel smaller than its other counterparts.

One of the worlds largest theme parks, IMG World of Adventures is home to over 150 rides and each one is different from the other.
