Nad Al Sheba Gardens is all set to welcome The Grand from August 19th. This is a new retail and lifestyle destination that has been fully released ahead of its opening. Gulf News mentions how it will be bringing together a supermarket, restaurants, healthcare, wellness, cafes, and everyday services all under a single roof. Alongside a mix of dining and lifestyle brands, it will be anchored by the first Waitrose & Partners store in Nad Al Sheba.
What Stores To Expect At The Mall?
The first phase of opening, which begins on August 19th, includes Heart Cottage Lane, MMI, Maple Bear Nursery, Waitrose & Partners, Al Jaber Optical, and Fixperts. Later on in September, more brands will be joining the destination, such as Tashas, Kokoro, Bake My Day, Daima, Blu Pizzeria, Somewhere, Staywell Pharmacy, Home Bakery, and Tips & Toes.

Retail Hub To Continue To Expand In Early 2027
It should be noted that this retail hub will, however, continue to expand in early 2027. This comes with the opening of Fitcode and American Hospital and will complete health and wellness offerings. According to Shamal, The Grand has been designed in such a way that it is more than a traditional community mall. It has been designed so it serves as a place where residents can shop, dine, meet and even exercise in one place.
So with the new community mall opening in Nad Al Sheba in Dubai, residents in the area now have another place to check out in Dubai.
