Dubai doesn’t do things halfway, and its new Italian restaurant Felicità proves the point. Opening this September at Address Sky View, it’s not just about plates of pasta or another trendy terrace. It’s a full-blown stage where food, music, and art smash together in the most over-the-top, only-in-Dubai way.
Felicità Dubai, An Italian Playground Of Food, Music & Mischief

Step inside and you’ll see what I mean. Hand-painted Sicilian tiles, oddball sculptures, chandeliers dripping with cherubs, it’s like someone bottled Southern Italy’s chaos and glamour, then poured it all over Downtown Dubai. Truth be told, it’s loud, it’s dramatic, and it works.
Then there’s the terrace. Wrapped in palms and greenery, with the Burj Khalifa flexing in the background, it’s designed for winter nights and golden-hour selfies. Aperitivos at sunset? Perfect. Late-night catch-ups under the stars? Even better. Let’s face it, the backdrop alone will keep Instagram busy.
Now, food is obviously the main draw, but Felicità is already teasing extras. The shisha, for example, won’t be standard fare. Each piece is hand-painted in Tuscany, which is about as extra as it gets. Over the top? Maybe. But in practice, it matches the whole vibe, Dubai doesn’t do ordinary, after all.
Behind The Curtain Is A Speakeasy
Hidden in the back is something people will definitely brag about, a speakeasy bar. Low lights, strong cocktails, and the kind of place where time doesn’t matter. Drinks aren’t just poured; they’re crafted with the same flair as the décor.
On certain nights, the room transforms. Live Italian musicians drift from slow ballads to foot-tapping tarantella, and on others, DJs switch gears with beats that keep the energy buzzing. It’s that dual personality, classy one minute, party mode the next, that’ll keep people coming back.

Why Felicità Will Make Noise
Dubai already has plenty of Italian restaurants. Some are refined, some cosy, some barely memorable. Felicità, though, is gunning for something bigger. It wants to be the experience spot, the place where you eat, drink, smoke, laugh, and maybe dance, all without leaving one venue.
To be fair, it’s ambitious. But come on, this is Downtown Dubai. If anywhere can pull off an Italian fever dream under the shadow of the world’s tallest tower, it’s here. By late September, don’t be surprised if bookings are jammed weeks in advance.
Because Felicità isn’t just opening its doors, it’s opening a stage. And the show? La dolce vita, Dubai-style.
