The upcoming Abu Dhabi concert was cancelled, as mentioned on their official social media account on August 19th. The reason cited for this is unforeseen circumstances that are beyond their control. As it happens, the band announced how full refund will be given to ticket holders.
2. ‘Silent Airport’ Project Launched At King Khalid Airport
King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh recently announced that the first phase of the Silent Airport has begun gradual implementation at Terminal 5. This project would aim to provide passengers with a quieter and more comfortable travel experience.
3. Dubai RTA Distributes Meals To Delivery Bike Riders
Dubai RTA took to X to announce how they distributed meals to delivery bike riders at temporary rest areas designated for bus and metro stations. 4. Spiritual Healing Banned In Kuwait
The Ministry of Health in Kuwait has announced the introduction of a sweeping regulatory framework for psychotherapy. It tightens licensing requirements and prohibits practices that are not supported by established scientific evidence. These include energy and spiritual therapies, Reiki, pranic healing and more.
5. Dubai Accelerates Its Transition Towards Autonomous Mobility
Dubai is quickly moving towards autonomous mobility. In fact, the self-driving taxi vehicles logged over 4 million kilometres since the launch of the service. In fact, 7,613 trips for users have been executed. This is an indication of the growing confidence of the public in autonomous transport.
