DXB Receives Accreditation From ACI

Recently, Dubai Airports took to its official Twitter account to announce that the Dubai International Airport (DXB) has received accreditation from Airports Council International under its Accessibility Enhancement Accreditation Program. In a report by the Dubai Media Office, it was revealed that this is a first-of-its-kind initiative. Yes, and it recognises global airports’ commitment to accessible travel operations.

So, it is worth noting that the certification acknowledges the DXB’s ongoing prioritisation of a safe and inclusive airport experience for every passenger. Yes, this includes even those folks who have physical and hidden disabilities as well. So, with the launch of a phased two-year plan addressing and elevating the travel experience, the airport has proven its dedication towards offering an inclusive travel experience.
