Prima Luxury Real Estate was the seller’s name behind this apartment. Sounding to be the most luxurious house, this Skyvilla had a private elevator for starters. It’s a three-floor villa so a private entrance is quite essential. The villa comprises seven bedrooms, a private study, double-height formal living spaces with a sea view, a private gym, a rooftop pool, a full-service kitchen, a spa and a family room. Imagine if listening to a plethora of luxurious amenities is sounding so wonderful what feeling it would be to live there. Let’s scroll through the images for now.
The Bulgari Lighthouse, which consists of penthouses with four and five bedrooms, has a variety of interior designs and living areas. A private pool and private elevator access are additional facilities that come with the larger and more expansive penthouses.
The gap between the architectural coral plates of the tower widens as it rises higher into the sky, creating room for more internal living space.
The previous apartment that broke the record for residential properties with its huge price tag was a Dhs163.46 million penthouse at the Atlantis The Royal, Palm Jumeriah.
