Real-Estate & Property Transactions Shoot Up To AED 1.4 Billion

Over Dh2.4 billion in real estate transaction records came in light on Thursday. The recent statistics show the department has registered 456 allegiance promises worth Dh1.82 billion, comprising 393 pledges of loyalty to flats and villas for Dh1.46 billion and 63 guarantees of loyalty to land worth Dh359.9 million.

The most significant land sales were in the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens area, valued at Dhs23 million, following the stakes of Dhs19 million in Nad Al Hamar and Dhs19 million in Satwa.
