This month, the most expensive property ever sold in the Emirates was a luxury villa that costs Dh280 million. An enormous 33,000 square feet of living space, seven-star spa hotel amenities, more than 70 metres of private beachfront, imported and hand-selected book-matched Italian marble and furnishings by ultra-luxury Italian furniture houses Giorgetti and Minotti are all features of the custom-built contemporary white villa on Palm Jumeirah. 

The house is close to The Pointe, a chic waterfront location, and is just a short drive from Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), two popular tourist destinations. 

2. Mansion On Jumeirah Bay Island

In 2021, a home on Jumeirah Bay Island was sold for Dh121 million. According to reports, it was the most expensive home in the Emirates in 2017. Industry insiders credit the luxury villa’s record-breaking sale partly to its enviable position, which gave the buyer vistas of the Emirate’s skyline, particularly the Burj Khalifa, from much of the property. 3. Ultra-luxury Mansion On The Palm Jumeirah

A super-luxury home in the XXII Carat development on the Palm Jumeirah was sold for Dh119.5 million in June last year. The home, situated on the Crescent of the Palm island, features a private beach, a swimming pool and a manicured garden in addition to being constructed on a 22,000 square metre area. The home has an open kitchen, a bar, a steam room, and seven bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Those searching for Dubai’s swankiest villas will be in awe of this mansion on Palm Jumeirah. 

4. Contemporary Villa On The Palm Jumeirah

A Swiss family from Monaco paid Dh111.25 million for One100Palm, a brand-new bespoke modern contemporary mansion on the Frond N of The Palm Jumeirah, in March 2021. The home has a built-up area of 14,000 square feet and is three storeys tall. It has five spacious VIP bedroom suites, the largest of which is the master, with 1,300 square feet of area. It was one of the most luxurious properties sold in Dubai.

The top 10 most expensive residences included a 31,296 sq ft mansion in Dubai Hills Grove. A mansion in the rapidly expanding Dubai Hills neighbourhood was sold for Dh103 million. Residents may live a comfortable lifestyle, thanks to the community’s many amenities. The villas provide views of the vast golf course since the neighbourhood is close to a golf club. The second-highest transaction in Emirates Hills history occurred when a property there was sold for a staggering Dh102.8 million. The villa was sold to an Indian businessman by a Maltese businessman. It comprises a plot of around 38,000 square feet and a built-up space of 20,000 square feet.
