The two things that made the iconic Sunburn music festival was the time of the year and the location. The original recipe of ending the year on the banging note was to be in Goa, in December and dance the night away to music by some of the most popular artists. Well… history will repeat itself!

This year, the festival is expected to be held at Vagator, North Goa and the suggested dates for the same are December 27 – December 29.

Why Had It Stopped?

In 2016, Sunburn had to shift the festival because the state government never gave approvals to organise the music festival. They had taken a decision that EDM festivals will not be organised in Goa during peak season. It was because of this decision that the dates for the music festivals were shifted to the next year for various editions.

It has also been revealed that Percept Live will be collaborating with a Goa-based nightlife firm Klassique for all of its upcoming events in the state.

The supporting acts for the line-up will feature some of the most popular artists who are considered to be the best among homegrown talent.
