Wego in its recent ranking of the top destinations for international travel for MENA travellers in 2024, revealed that Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have taken the top two spots, respectively. Yes, after Egypt, Saudi Arabia has taken the second spot, thereby coming to be a favoured destination amongst travellers in the Middle East. This hardly comes as a surprise as both nations offer rich cultural experiences with a diverse range of attractions. With an equally interesting past, the appeal of both nations attracts travellers who seek enriching experiences. However, it’s worth noting that this ranking is for Quarter 1 of 2024.
