Emiratis are preparing for the upcoming Eid Al Adha celebration, which will last four days. During the festival, there are many fun activities for families to partake in. Work will return on July 12 after the Eid al-Adha holidays, which begin on July 8 (Arafat Day). According to Khaleej Times, the top sites in Abu Dhabi for families to celebrate Eid are here. Celebrate your holidays with full enthusiasm. 

1. Yas Island 

Eid Al Adha celebrations have been announced by Yas Island, which includes three days of fireworks from Yas Bay Waterfront in Abu Dhabi. Children under 12 may visit Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi for free with a paid adult under the famous Kids Go Free offer. The best part is that you will get free stay and meal options.

2. Yas Waterworld 

Yas Waterworld is one of the island’s most popular attractions, offering thrilling rides for visitors of all ages on more than 45 different attractions. As part of the DC Super Hero Season at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, families can enjoy over 29 rides and attractions, meet their favourite DC Super Heroes and Looney Tunes characters and participate in heroic escapades and activities.

You can find the region’s highest indoor climbing wall and the world’s largest indoor skydiving flight chamber at CLYMB Abu Dhabi, where you can prepare for some genuinely record-breaking adventures during Eid. 

 

3. Al Qana

Al Qana, a beachfront resort in Abu Dhabi’s Rabdan district, is one of the city’s most exciting new developments. It provides a wide range of entertainment, recreational, and hospitality options. You can’t miss the National Aquarium when you visit. More than 46,000 animals and 300 species call this riverside attraction home. The Middle East’s largest aquarium is spread out across 10 zones.

A new holistic health and lifestyle destination, various eating outlets, including Otoro and chef Akmal Anuar’s newest restaurant, have all just opened in Al Qana.

4. Cove Beach 

The Cove Beach Makers District at Al Reem Island is Abu Dhabi’s newest lifestyle destination and a much-needed respite from the desert heat. They provide a stunning view of the water and the Al Reem skyline, as well as a variety of themed events each day. A famous beach for locals and guests to bask in the Arabian sun on plush day beds, single beds, and private cabanas with their own Jacuzzi. Guests may enjoy a deep house, techno party, and free pool access throughout the Eid Al-Adha break. 

 

5. Corniche Beach 

During the Eid vacation, why not take advantage of Abu Dhabi’s legendary year-round sunshine? One of the most incredible spots to do this is on the beautiful Corniche Beach. Not only does this beach have a gorgeous beachfront promenade with manicured gardens and chairs facing the Arabian Gulf, but it also offers turquoise water and smooth, white sand to enjoy. Taking a few shots at sunset is a terrific idea, so don’t forget your camera. 

The two-kilometre stretch of sand is split up into three distinct sections, each with its own distinct feel: For singles, Al Sahil (Gate 4, free entrance) is excellent, while Gate 2 is fantastic for families and has its quiet zone, and Gate 3 is also fantastic for families and kids.

The Eid holiday is a great time to have a BBQ with your family and friends. Parks 1, 2, 4, and 5 along Al Arabi Street; Dolphin Park on Sheikh Zayed Street; Zaafarana Garden on Muroor Road; Al Khaleej and Al Arabi Streets and Al Bateen Street; Al Saji Gardens; Family Park; Heritage Park; Nofal Park; Sultan bin Zayed Street and Delma Street; Al Zahia Street and Family Park Street; and Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street and Al Zahia Street and Family Park Street; Nofal Park.

7. Hudayriyat Beach 

This is the ideal location for gatherings of friends and family during the festive Eid season since it offers fabulous things to see and do in one location. Additional amenities include an outdoor gym, a bike lane, and a marina with wooden piers accessible by foot or bicycle. Hudayriyat Beach, which covers 24,000 square metres and has 600 metres of it devoted to swimming, is another option for beachgoers looking to cool down.
