The world is slowly unlocking in phases after Spain, Seychelles and Greece opening up for vaccinated travellers- the iconic landmark of Paris- Eiffel Tower reopens for tourists. Eiffel Tower greeted tourists for the first time in nearly nine months while France introduces new virus rules aimed at containing the fast-spreading delta variant. However, all visitors to the Eiffel Tower over age 18 will need to show a pass proving they’ve been fully vaccinated and tested negative for the virus. Masks are mandatory and the number of daily visitors will be limited to about half the pre-pandemic norm of 25,000

Only 10,000 Visitors Per Day Will be Allowed To Visit Eiffel Tower
The Eiffel Tower will once again become a tourist hub, however, with limited visitors this time. Only 10,000 visitors per day will be allowed to visit the landmark site, and all tourists have to follow all the social distancing rules. Visitors will be able to visit all floors of the monuments, except for some areas where the work is on.
Disneyland Paris Will Also Reopen On June 17
In terms of the guidelines, only 50 per cent of the usual numbers will be allowed in the lifts. Everyone is looking forward to the re-opening of this majestic site, since this was the first time it was shut this longer since the Second World War. It was shut down for more than three months during the first Covid wave in the spring of last year and then again in the autumn.

France has freed restrictions in return to semi-normality after more than six months of covid curbs. Outdoor dining can now be resumed at cafes and restaurants under the second phase of a lockdown-lifting plan. Besides this, museums, cinemas and some theatres will also reopen after being closed for 203 days.
