Emirates Airlines with immediate effect has informed the public of the cancellation of all the airline’s flights (EK733/EK734) to and from Khartoum. The cancellation will exist between the dates of April 15 and August 31. The cancellation owes to the worsening circumstances in Sudan as a result of the upheaval there.
In a statement sent by the company, travellers to Sudan who were expected to arrive in Dubai with Emirates Airlines or Fly Dubai were notified about the cancellation of their journey from the point of departure. Will I Recieve A Refund On Cancellation?
@emirates my sisters flight from Khartoum to Dubai was cancelled by you because of the current situation in Sudan. We requested a refund. Today I was surprised to see that a 200 dollar penalty was taken. How can you cancel a flight and then take a penalty? #KeepEyesOnSudan

Directly with Emirates Airlines booked passengers can make their demands by filling out a refund form or calling their local office for other rebooking possibilities. To make other travel plans or to get a refund, passengers who made their reservations through travel agents must get in touch with them. This choice will not have an impact on passengers who made direct reservations with Emirates Airlines.
The functioning of “Emirates Airlines” is being closely monitored in Khartoum. Emirates Airlines has stated that it did not give a date for flights to return to Sudan. Customers are recommended to make sure Validate their contact data by going to the Manage Booking page, assuming that developments are announced promptly, and in order to acquire the most latest updates on flights.
We hope Sudan breathes relief soon and all this chaos turns into calm. Till then the flights would remain cancelled and the period might decrease or increase depending on the status of the situation.
