Santa Claus Is Coming To The Galleria’s Winter Village, Ho Ho Ho!
Without the main man himself, no holiday season is complete!
Guests of The Galleria can encounter none other than Santa Claus in the beautiful Winter Village, all while maintaining social distance, creating treasured memories during the most wonderful season of the year. Santa’s sleigh is located in the North Atrium by Debenhams, where family and friends may pay him a visit and show him how nice they’ve been this year. Guests can have their photos taken and emailed to them on the spot from Saturday to Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., and Thursday and Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

To protect everyone’s safety, guests must schedule their meet and greet session through the online booking application: www.santaatthegalleria.com, prior to entering the Winter Village. On presentation of your booking confirmation, Santa’s elves will assist you in finding Santa’s sleigh.

Write Letters To Santa Claus
To participate in the ‘Letters visit Santa’ engagement, go to the Winter Village on Ground Level or the Central Kitchens on Level 3. Little ones can write Santa a letter detailing why they should be on the nice list this year, as well as a wish list of their most-wanted items from their favourite Galleria retailers. Come early to post letters to the North Pole because children of all ages can have their wishes granted; ten lucky children will have their wishes granted on a weekly basis at The Galleria.
