In the next phase of the journey, Expo City Dubai will see residential developments, which will include apartments, townhouses, and villas. Not to mention, this will offer future residences, a unique opportunity to become part of the long-term vision of an incredible World Expo. As the new clean and green integrated communities will have all the exciting attractions of Expo City Dubai at their doorstep, they will get to amplify best practices. In fact, the official account of Expo City Dubai on Twitter released a short teaser on Tuesday, February 28. However, they are yet to release the official plan for the area!

Plans To Be Unveiled On March 15, 2023
Entire details of this development will be revealed at the opening of the Sales Centre located in the Sustainability District on March 15, Wednesday. And it’s certainly worth mentioning that future residents of Expo City will undoubtedly have easy access to all the diverse attractions and experiences. These will be educational, cultural, and entertainment offerings including leisure facilities, dining options, event venues, and even offices. In fact, 10 kilometres of cycling tracks, children’s playgrounds, 45,000 square kilometres of parks & gardens, and 5 kilometres of running tracks are definitely some of the key attractions here.
Apart from all this, the districts here are car-free to ensure there is better safety and air quality. As a result, this makes the first community in the region to get registered under the WELL Community Standards pilot. In case you didn’t know, it recognises communities that prioritise the health and well-being of all inhabitants.
