Called Aquellum, it will be located in the Gulf of Aqaba and this futuristic ecosystem is going to be in harmony with nature.

A luxurious and experiential space that is surrounded by mountains, Aquellum will be a striking addition to the regional development. The avant-garde architecture with forward-thinking concepts, this latest project is certainly going to give guests a taste of the future once it is completed. Concealed by the 450-m high mountain range, here guests will be able to embark on an extraordinary journey that begins at the world’s first floating marina.

The visitors will be able to board a specially designed vessel to enter the area, which has been concealed via an underground canal. As a result, unveiling a hidden community, which offers an incredible sensory journey. Once the visitors step inside, they will be treated to the exquisite sight of 100-metre-high vertical experience featuring an impressive courtyard space. Yes, this will be stretching from the water to the sky! As a result, it will seamlessly blend hotel accommodation, retail spaces, leisure, entertainment zones, innovative Hubs, and apartments.

A Signature Space Housing Unique Research Labs

As such, a dynamic boulevard winding through the courtyard is going to connect diverse social spaces, immersive arts, events, shopping, dining, and world-class hospitality. Yes, The Generator, which is a signature space housing unique research labs for disruptors, innovators, and creative thinkers, will also be coming up here. In fact, there will also be an omnidirectional internal transit system. Yes, it will help facilitate easier access to upper floors, transporting visitors to their houses & hotels, and sending guests to the rooftop gardens with breathtaking views.
