Concealed by the 450-m high mountain range, here guests will be able to embark on an extraordinary journey that begins at the world’s first floating marina.

The visitors will be able to board a specially designed vessel to enter the area, which has been concealed via an underground canal. Once the visitors step inside, they will be treated to the exquisite sight of 100-metre-high vertical experience featuring an impressive courtyard space. Yes, this will be stretching from the water to the sky! As a result, it will seamlessly blend hotel accommodation, retail spaces, leisure, entertainment zones, innovative Hubs, and apartments.

As such, a dynamic boulevard winding through the courtyard is going to connect diverse social spaces, immersive arts, events, shopping, dining, and world-class hospitality. Yes, The Generator, which is a signature space housing unique research labs for disruptors, innovators, and creative thinkers, will also be coming up here. In fact, there will also be an omnidirectional internal transit system. Yes, it will help facilitate easier access to upper floors, transporting visitors to their houses & hotels, and sending guests to the rooftop gardens with breathtaking views.
