Fly From Bangkok To Lucknow As Thai Air Asia Launches New Routes For Travellers

While travelling by air, I am sure many of you would prefer direct flights instead of connecting flights. Well, Thai Air Asia has announced its plans to launch direct flights from Bangkok to Bangladesh (Dhaka) and Bangkok to Lucknow. The low-cost airline recently announced these plans as both Lucknow and Dhaka are exciting destinations and Thai travellers would love to explore them.

Thai Air Asia Plans Direct Flights

The airline is planning to launch direct routes from Bangkok’s Don Muang Airport to Lucknow and Bangladesh’s capital Dhaka. The Bangkok to Lucknow service will commence on December 4th. The flights will depart from Don Muang, three times a week. They will leave on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 8:10 pm. The flights will arrive at their destination, Lucknow at 10:35 pm local time. On Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays the flights will depart from Lucknow to Don Muang at 11:20 pm. The arrival at Bangkok will be on the next day at 4:40 am. One-way tickets for Bangkok-Lucknow will be 4380 baht (₹9480).

Growth of South Asian Markets

The airline’s new service from Bangkok to Dhaka will commence on November 24th. The flights will be running 4 times every week. They will be departing on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 11 pm. The flights will leave Don Muang and reach Dhaka the next day at 12:25 am local time. For flying from Dhaka to Bangkok, the flights will be at 12:55 am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. One will reach Dhaka by 4:20 am. Tickets from Bangkok to Dhaka will cost 3,630 bahts (₹7857). Santisuk Klongchaiya, Chief Executive Officer of AirAsia Thailand said that South Asian markets have grown rapidly after Covid-19.
