flydubai and Air India have entered into an interline partnership. This two-way interline and special prorate agreement gives customers of Air India access to 52 additional destinations on the network of flydubai via Dubai. These include six destinations in Africa, 23 in Europe, two in the CIS, and 21 in the Middle East. Not only this, but customers of flydubai will also get access to 69 destinations across the network of Air India, which will be through Delhi and Mumbai.

It should be noted that these connections span across Europe, India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Through the agreement, there are also plans for expanding the network that is available to customers of both airlines. Dubai would serve as the connecting point for passengers of Air India, while Delhi and Mumbai will serve as gateways for customers of flydubai who wish to connect to the network of Air India.

flydubai Announces Expansion Of Network For Winter Season
This development from flydubai comes days after it announced how it has expanded its network to over 125 destinations across 56 countries. Moreover, as revealed in a report in the news, the airline also mentioned that it had restored operations to 85% of its network. Further, capacity is also being added for the winter travel season. At this point, it’s worth noting that Dubai operates an average of 2,200 weekly flights. The increase in services is across several markets, and these are in response to demand, including those in Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
