Fratelli Wines was introduced in 2006 and soon became one of India’s most recognised wine brands. In 2009, the brand introduced its premium wine, Sette, which reflects its focus on quality. The Free Press Journal reported that this Super Tuscan–style wine comes from the vineyards in Akluj. It’s a region known for its suitable grape-growing conditions. Here’s how it can be made— a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Sangiovese grapes. The winemakers age the wine in French oak barrels.

Now, the brand has launched the 15th anniversary vintage of Sette wine. What makes this edition even more special is its collaboration with designer Manish Malhotra. The idea was to match the wine’s legacy with a design that feels equally premium and memorable. He designed the bottle with gold detailing on a black base, giving it a bold and luxurious look. This latest edition also comes from the final harvest of the original Sette vineyard.

More About This Anniversary Special Wine

If you’re a wine lover, then this deep ruby coloured drink is a must-try. It offers clear flavours of raspberry, violet, and blackcurrant, along with light hints of vanilla and spice. This anniversary vintage is limited. It comes with only 15,000 bottles produced, each priced at ₹3,500.

According to The Free Press Journal, as for the collaboration with Manish Malhotra, Puja Sekhri, President and Director at Fratelli Vineyards, explained that the collaboration came from shared values. Both wine and fashion focus on detail, craft, and artistic expression. Malhotra treated the bottle like a design object, not just packaging.
