It seems like stepping outside even in broad daylight is getting risky. In a recent terrifying incident in Delhi, a group of 4 men is seen robbing a car and the viral video has simply petrified every Netizen. The footage is from the Pragati Maidan tunnel of the national capital and the robbery took place on 24 June 2023. Getting robbed in the middle of the day in a well-known location is indeed very scary.
Arvind Kejriwal Shared The Viral Video Of 4 Men Robbing A Car & Reacted On This Incident
NDTV India shared the original footage of the robbery on their official Twitter account @ndtvindia on 26 June 2023. Later, the video was shared by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

While reacting to the viral video of 4 men robbing a car in the Pragati Maidan tunnel, Delhi CM questioned the safety and security of the people of Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal also stated in his tweet that Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena should resign.

The video has been recorded in the highway’s security camera. As shown in the footage, 4 men on 2 bikes follow a 4-wheeler car and take it to a side of the highway. One of them opens the driver’s seat door and points a gun toward the people inside. Another assailant opens the passenger seat car and grabs a bag. They quickly run to the bikes and drive away from the spot. All these men took only about 15 seconds to rob the car in the middle of the day.
The Robbers Have Not Been Arrested Yet
According to a report by NDTV, there was a delivery agent and his associate travelling in the car. They were travelling to Gurugram carrying a bag with about ₹2 lakhs, as shared by the police. A complaint has been filed regarding this terrible incident. According to reports from Monday evening, the police are investigating the case. They are questioning employees of the company and the victims who got robbed and also conducting raids. The 4 men have not been arrested yet.
