• Dior rented 2 units inside the mall making it a total of 3,317 sq ft. The brand pays ₹21.56 lakh monthly.
• This extraordinary mall is home to Balenciaga’s first store in India and the brand shells out ₹40 lakh monthly.
• Jio World Plaza is the address to Louis Vuitton’s 4th store in India. As the monthly rent, it is paying ₹40.50 lakh for renting 4 units spanning 7,365 sq ft, according to a report by Financial Express.

Well, the mall is not just taking the rent from the brands. The Financial Express report stated that Reliance is getting 4-12 per cent of these brands’ monthly net revenue.
