From May 17th to May 26th, 2024, Seasonal Tastes will be transformed into a culinary haven, showcasing Kangan’s expert convergence of the regal flavours of Lucknow and the fiery essence of Hyderabad.

Guest Chef Mohammad Shaheed Qureshi from Kangan, as well as Multi-Property Executive Chef Amit Dash, will be at the helm of this pop-up. Kangan is a contemporary interpretation of rustic Indian flavours mainly from the North-West Frontier region of Peshawar. 

From traditional kebabs to rich biryanis, each dish reflects the essence of Indian gastronomy.

Café Dali is hosting an intimate dining experience featuring a live art sculpting demonstration by the famous sculptor Niyamat Mehta. “Beauty in Motion,” an exclusive event series, is designed to awaken all your senses on May 16th and 17th.

Guests will have the unique opportunity to witness acclaimed artist Niyamat Mehta perform her artistry firsthand through clay sculpting while enjoying a delectable Italian feast.

Mensho Tokyo, the renowned Japanese Ramen Bar in Delhi, is hosting a Pop-Up in association with Brown Koji Boy, a fermentary based in Goa. Known for its koji-based fermented products, the brand crafts non-traditional soy sauces and miso pastes that are unique and flavourful.

To infuse traditional Japanese techniques with local Indian ingredients, Brown Koji Boy produces a diverse range of koji-fermented sauces and pastes, many of which are being incorporated into the pop-up menu, including miso made from cashews, koji made from cottage cheese, green peas, and more.

The Pop-Up Menu, curated by Head Chef Vidushi Sharma at Mensho Tokyo, will consist of Mensho’s signature Chicken Sando and Pork Mazesoba, both with Koji Boy’s Cashew & Black Garlic Miso; Creamy Spicy Mazesoba with Cheese Miso; as well as their bestsellers Spicy Tori Paitan with Spicy Shoyu Koji and Miso Dashi Ramen with Aged Peas.
