Ingredients:

  • 75ml The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve
  • 4 Watermelon Chunks (or 75ml Watermelon Juice)
  • 1 tsp Sugar Cane or Agave
  • Tajin for garnish

Method:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the watermelon chunks (if using) along with sugar cane or agave. If using watermelon juice, simply mix it in.
  2. Add whisky and ice cubes to the shaker.
  3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint leaves.

  • 15ml Rose Syrup

  • Soda Water to top up
  • Pomegranate Seeds & Edible Flowers for garnish

Method:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour whisky, pomegranate juice, rose syrup, and lemon juice over the ice.

  • 45ml Tequila
  • 30ml Orange Juice
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 60ml Sprite
  • 20ml Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Syrup
  • 100g Ice

Method:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add tequila, orange juice, lime juice, sugar syrup, and ice.
  2. Shake well to mix and chill the ingredients.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Gently pour the butterfly pea flower tea syrup over the drink to create a stunning layered effect.
  5. Top it off with Sprite for a refreshing fizz.

  • 40ml Chivas XV
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Honey Syrup
  • 40ml Soda Water

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients (except soda) into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top up with soda water for a light fizz.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of mint for a refreshing finish.

  • 60ml Monkey Shoulder
  • 20ml Peach Syrup
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • Grapefruit Shrub to top up

Method:

  1. Shake the Monkey Shoulder, peach syrup, and lime juice with ice until well mixed.
  2. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  3. Top up with grapefruit shrub and stir gently.

  • 60ml Grant’s Triple Wood Whisky

  • 25ml Fresh Lime Juice

  • 10ml Honey Syrup
  • 1 small pinch of Chili Powder
  • Salt & Colored Sugar for the rim
  • Ice Cubes

Method:

  1. Rim the glass with a mixture of salt and coloured sugar.
  2. Shake the tequila, lime juice, triple sec, honey syrup, and chilli powder with ice.
  3. Strain the mixture into the rimmed glass and serve.

  • 45ml Kumaon & I Gin
  • 60ml Home-made Rose Sparkling Wine
  • 10ml Citric Acid

Method:

  1. Start by adding Kumaon & I Gin to your glass.
  2. Follow it by pouring in the Home-made Rose Sparkling Wine.
  3. Finally, add 10ml of Citric Acid for a perfect balance of flavour.
  4. Stir well and serve in an Ap Wine glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh rose petals for a visually stunning touch.

  • 60ml Black Dog
  • 30ml Blue Pea and Lavender Cordial
  • 100ml Soda Water

Method:

  1. Build the cocktail in a highball glass.
  2. Start with Black Dog, add Blue Pea and Lavender Cordial, and top it off with soda water.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with a fresh Blue Pea Flower and ice cubes to serve.

  • 50ml Artic Vodka
  • 20ml Blue Curaçao
  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice

  • Edible Colored Sugar for rimming
  • Lime Wheel & Flower Petals for garnish

Method:

  1. Rim a martini glass with edible coloured sugar for a fun, festive look.
  2. In a shaker, add vodka, blue curaçao, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  3. Shake without ice for a few seconds (this helps create a frothy texture).
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel and flower petals.

  • 60ml Johnnie Walker Blonde
  • 15ml Spiced Pineapple Syrup
  • 10ml Maple Syrup
  • 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5gm Sea Salt
  • 2 dashes Vegan Foamer
  • 10ml Italian Bitter Aperitif (float)

Method:

  1. Shake all ingredients (except the Italian Bitter Aperitif) well in a shaker with ice.
  2. Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with a block of ice.
  3. Gently float the Italian Bitter Aperitif on top.
  4. Garnish with a charred pineapple slice.

12. Peela Peelo

Ingredients:

  • 45ml McDowell’s X Series Citron Rum
  • 15ml Ginger Turmeric Syrup
  • 60ml Orange Juice
  • 30ml Soda

Method:

  1. Build the cocktail directly in a coupe glass.
  2. Stir the X Series Citron Rum, ginger turmeric syrup, and orange juice together.
  3. Top with soda and stir again to combine.
  4. Garnish with marigold petals for a colourful, festive finish.

13. Pistola Picante By Maya Pistola Agavepura

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Pistola Reposado
  • 45ml Pineapple Juice
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Agave Nectar
  • 5ml Jalapeño Brine

Method:

  1. Muddle 3-4 slices of jalapeño, a bunch of fresh cilantro, and the jalapeño brine in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the Pistola Reposado, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave nectar.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Double strain into a Tajin-rimmed glass for an added kick.

14. Spiced Godawan Thandai By Godawan Artisanal Single Malt

  • 300ml Godawan 02 Fruit & Spice
  • 120ml Chilled Thandai Mix
  • 50ml Honey or Rose Syrup
  • 50ml Fresh Cream (Optional)

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients (Godawan 02, Thandai Mix, syrup, and fresh cream) in a bowl filled with ice.
  2. Stir well to combine and chill.
  3. Pour the Holi cocktail into Kulhads (traditional cups) and garnish with rose petals, cardamom, pistachios, almonds, and a few strands of saffron for a festive touch.

  • 50ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
  • 25ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Rose Syrup
  • Ice Cubes
  • Edible Flowers for garnish

Method:

  1. Shake Hayman’s Old Tom Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and rose syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with edible flowers for a visually stunning finish.

16. Longitude77 Kashmiri Saffron Sour

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Longitude 77 Indian Single Malt Whisky
  • 30ml Kashmiri Saffron Syrup
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 3 drops Egg White / Magic Velvet
  • 1 Lemon Green
  • Grapes

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (shake without ice) for a foamy texture.
  2. Add ice and shake well.
  3. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Garnish with Kashmiri saffron strands and a drop of Kashmiri chilli oil using a dropper.
