Yes, the Public Art Strategy aims to transform the emirate into an open-air art museum, which could be accessible to all. Here’s all you need to know about the ongoing event, which has been organised by the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority.

Dubai Sculpture Symposium Is Happening Till December 22

Taking place in Dubai until December 22, the Dubai Sculpture Symposium is a landmark event that’s happening at Al Shindagha Historic District. Reflecting the emirate’s rich culture, it aims to highlight the significance of sculptures in enhancing the visual beauty of Dubai. Not to mention, it cultivates connections between local and international Artists. Together they can exchange knowledge and experiences regarding diverse sculptural techniques.

As it happens, it brings together 15 distinguished sculptors not just from the UAE and the Gulf region but across the world. You can expect Emirati sculptor Azza Al Qubaisi, Bulgarian artist Georgi Minchev, and even Chinese artist Liu Yang at the event to showcase their creativity.
