Regional Dishes, Diabetic-Friendly Food & More

A railway official revealed to Hindustan Times that this decision was taken by Indian Railways as passengers travelling from southern and western states often complained about the lack of regional dishes. So, IRCTC will develop a menu where a train travelling to Gujarat will serve passengers local delicacies like dhokla and fafda. And one travelling to Maharashtra will serve vada pav on board.
