1. Marathi Mitra Mandal, Delhi

Marathi Mitra Mandal, Alaknanda which is one of the oldest mandals in NCR region, this year, will hold aarti and darshans on FB live. This is the second time in almost 35 years they are bringing Lord Ganesh for only one and a half days. 2. Sarvajanik Utsav Samitia, Delhi

Sarvajanik Utsav Samiti, a body of prominent Marathis, celebrates the festival every year with spiritual songs, theatre performances and a lot of dance drama. Unable to have a big celebration, they will bring Ganpati at a member’s home for the first time in 25 years they will bring Ganpati. While visitors will not be allowed, they will go live Zoom with the aarti as well as the immersion the next day.

3. Sarvajanik Ganeshotsava Samiti, Gurgaon

Sarvajanik Ganeshotsava Samiti, in its 28th year of Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, will have online celebrations for a week. This year also marks the 100th death anniversary of Lokmanya Tilak, the founder of Ganpati festival, which is why this committee is having a week-long celebration. There will be no physical darshan here too.

4. Ganesh Sewa Mandal, East Delhi

This 18-year-old association in east Delhi will have darshan slots for 30 minutes with each having a darshan slot of a maximum of 20 visitors. They will also make darshan live on Facebook for the visitors. It will be a short two-day function where the association will abide by safety and health protocols. They have also organised two musical programmes that would be telecasted live.

5. Maharashtra Sadan, Delhi

In Maharashtra Sadan, Bappa will stay for five days, and there will be no event or procession this time.
