Moringa tea is one of the healthiest teas you can have. Steep fresh moringa leaves in hot water for five to ten minutes. You can add lime, ginger, or honey if you like. Strain and enjoy. This is one of the easiest, no-fuss ways to include this super leaf in your diet. The tea is packed with antioxidants and works well for detoxification! You can have a cup daily.

2. Add It To Curries And Daal

This is one of the most straightforward and common ways to use moringa. Chop fresh moringa leaves and add them to your curries or daal along with the masala. Cook everything together, and you are done. You can also sauté the leaves separately with the tadka and mix them in later with the curries. Just make sure you wash the leaves properly before using them.
