Emmy Award-winning Indian comedian, actor and musician Vir Das is going to be in London for eight days and recently asked his followers to recommend him “nothing too Instagrammy or touristy” pubs, meals and more in London. London is one of the best places for a holiday, but what about someone who is not into too many touristy things or prefers to explore some new and underrated spots? Apparently, Vir Das found himself in the same situation. He took to Instagram to ask his followers for some amazing recommendations for good desserts, good meals, home-style places and pubs, as he is going to be in the city for eight days.

Since he has been to London in the past as well, he wants to avoid all the Instagrammy places, and we understand why. And honestly, netizens did not disappoint.

One user asked him to go to Hampstead for the perfect end-of-summer walk with a hilltop view. For those of you who don’t know, Hampstead is a picturesque area in northwest London known for its village-like atmosphere, historic architecture and expansive green spaces. It is a place we can totally imagine Vir Das spending some time at. Another user simply asked the comedian to walk around the city as the weather is the perfect mix of summer and autumn right now in London.
