This Stunning Home Sets The Mood In Verity

The newly released movie, Verity, is based on Colleen Hoover’s 2018 bestselling novel of the same name. It features Anne Hathaway, Dakota Johnson and Josh Hartnett. But for many viewers, the main attraction is the lakefront house. In the film, the house is shown as a secluded home in Vermont, whereas in real it is located in Armonk, New York. As per The Times Of India, it is known as Beckoning Path.
Curious about the location, digital creator Luann Diez (@luanndiez) visited the property and gave us a tour. It is designed by Danish designer Jens Quistgaard in the 1960s. It had never appeared in a film before Verity. The lakefront house looks stunning with its large glass windows, wooden elements and unusual rooflines. It is also surrounded by trees.

Can We Visit This 1960s Property?
Since this is a private property in New York, you cannot just casually drop by. You need to schedule your visit in advance or attend a retreat hosted at the property. This property has now turned into a private wellness retreat surrounded by nature. In the movie, this place is shown as a darker property but in real it is now please to spend some relaxing time.
One of the retreat scheduled to happen is here by Present Wisdom. They are hosting a wellness retreat there on October 24, 2026. The retreat will begin at 9 AM and continue until 3 PM. We cannot wait to visit this gorgeous property surrounded by nature.
