Who All Will Participate In The Triathlon?
According to an article recently published by the Hindustan Times, participants will include more than 75 participants from the Armed Forces. There are even CEOs and CFOs from different companies. Though triathlons are primarily male-dominated, Ironman witnessed the participation of as many as 200 women triathletes this year.
Around eight aid stations will be set up at different points for medical and nutritional support. There will also be bike mechanics present. However, if the triathletes face only minor issues with their bikes, like flat tyres, they must deal with them on their own. The bike mechanics are strictly for major issues.
