Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the Viksit Vibrant Village Programme aims to encourage young people to explore India’s border villages and experience their culture, heritage and way of life firsthand. Highlighting these regions as symbols of both development and patriotism, he drew attention to destinations ranging from the snow-covered villages of Ladakh to the scenic Himalayan settlements of Himachal Pradesh.
