Singla’s Sweets in IP Extension has installed an automatic gulab jamun-making machine. They are preparing small, soft and sweet gulab jamun in bulk, so you can enjoy as many as you want! So, when are the die-hard gulab jamun lovers heading to Delhi?

This Is How Singla’s Sweets Is Preparing Gulab Jamuns In Bulk
They prepare the soft dough and transfer it to their automatic machine. The machine then cuts the dough into small pieces and then rolls it into a cylindrical shape. A worker carefully collects the cylindrical gulab jamuns into a large tray.
Another large automatic frying machine is filled with desi ghee which has a big perforated ladle. When the ghee is heated to a perfect temperature, the worker dumps in multiple trays of gulab jamuns. They are fried until they are golden brown.
Once that is done, they are taken out and dipped into a sugary syrup, and voila! Yummy gulab jamuns made from the automatic machine are served to you, piping hot. Take a bite and relish this delicious sweet dish.
