IndiGo has frequently made headlines owing to flight delays. Just recently, a flight from Pune Airport heading to Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru was delayed for a whopping five hours after the pilot said his flying hours had expired. These delays have become commonplace in many airlines and the ground staff often ends up bearing the brunt of angry passengers. A video that is now making rounds on social media shows exactly that. Frustrated passengers of IndiGo taking their anger out on the hapless crew.

In a video that was shared on X (formerly known as Twitter), angry passengers whose flight have been delayed are seen yelling ruthlessly at the ground staff. As per the post, this incident happened when IndiGo flight 6E 2236 was delayed owing to some management issue.
As per data by flightradar, this flight was from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport or CSMIA in Mumbai. It was headed to the Indira Gandhi International Airport or IGIA in Delhi. After the flight was delayed and no clarity was given to the passengers, they lashed out at the crew.
The IndiGo crew members are, quite literally, mobbed by angry passengers, several of whom are yelling at them. A man is even seen yelling at the top of his lungs while the crew members are trying to placate the passengers and reason with them.

Lack of communication. Chain of command is hierarchical & delays in approvals add insult to injury. At times, simple solutions are achieved only with aggravation. Inexplicably Indian service sector has taken this as a passé manträ. No aggravation – no solution. Scream- solved.
